Ok, since a particular someone *cough*Alex*cough* doesn't seem to be compiling one, I thought I'd write a dictionary of his terminology, since some is going to cause a lot of confusion otherwise.

As of today (10th October 2006) this dictionary will cover not only Alex's work, but any work featured on this website.

Author Shudder: When a lack of creativity and/or the use of a cliché makes an author shudder in revulsion or fear of the anger of readers.
Azura: The planet on which Dragoon Rage is set.
Chronic boredom: When someone with a wild imagination is so bored they do something either alarming or ridiculous.
Dragon Scales: The currency of the Isle of Junishi, consists of set weights of gold, silver or bronze moulded into the shape of a lizard's scale.
Dragoon: Warriors with dragon attributes. They also are capable of conjuring dragon wings and magic linked with a particular element (in Drake's case, fire).
Dragoon Rage: A group name for Alex and Drake, since one is prone to fits of rage (particularly around Root Beer thieves) and the other is a dragoon.
Fourth Wall Complex: A group of buildings that serve as an office for authors on the border between fantasy and reality.
Isle of the Junishi: With Junishi meaning 'zodiac' this is where Siobhan and her siblings start their adventures. Consists of a mixture of past and present Asia.
Moxy/Moxie: A branch of Will Power used to influence the Will of others, or in some cases, override it. The most common cases involve attraction of the opposite gender (see Samurai Mat).
Rootcaps: The currency for the majority of Azura, shortened form of 'Root Beer Bottle Caps' (it used to be Yez *shudders*)
Ruhtber Melious: A legend among Root Beer brewers, in some cases, considered a god. Rootcaps are styled after the bottle caps of his premium Root Beer (Gold with a silver star)
Selas: Where the story of Dragoon Rage begins.
Shade: Appears in Etherial's work. Shades are a mysterious race that form of one with split personalities upon death. One personality passes on while the other remains as the empty space is filled with shadow. The most obvious signs are pale skin and blank, white eyes (for Naruto Fans, it looks like the Byakugan of the Hyuuga family, but has none of the powers).
Tabinus: Commonly known in our world as 'neko', live on an island just off Selas. Naturally gifted in the arts of assassination.
Will Power: The ability to exert one's will to influence the surroundings, the main type of magic used in the world of Azura.
Yamazaru: A Japanese term meaning 'Wild Monkey' but it is used as a slang term for 'country bumpkin. This duality is occasionally exploited by Siobhan to describe Sarah's out-of-hand character and her antics.
